「May be I overlooked the terms and condition. The whole family was so shocked that this "hotel" does not provide room housekeeping service. We lived at the Sky level (quite expensive as this is the relatively higher room type) for 5 nights, but the hotel would not change towels, would not clean trash bin, would not tidy bed sheets until we complained, then they bring us some towels and clear our trash bin 1 time during our stay. Still did not vacuum or clean the room or tidy our bed sheets, not...

「We paid for an ocean view but it’s actually blocked by a nearby tall building. Filter of the dryer constantly comes off during work so the lints are everywhere. Elevator and AC systems are old. No internet in master bedroom. But really big TV in the living room is a plus.」
