「This property is immaculate! Bedrooms are HUGE and open space of kitchen and great room is an EXCELLENT gathering area...and at the back of the house - so no outside disturbances. Great location to navigate both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores along with inland communities. Although we had some challenges with the internet; service staff was extremely helpful (over a holiday) and rectified the situation in a timely manner. HIGHLY recommend this property. 」

「The staff was friendly, helpful and seemed to be happy working here. The room was very clean. The location was convenient, you could walk next door to eat, if you didn’t want to eat at the hotel. The pool area looked nice, the pool is heated, we didn’t swim in the pool. The only downside, one of the elevators were down for most of our stay.」

「Hotel was reasonably clean, however, green mold all over the balcony. Breakfast foods were good, but ran out frequently, including coffee and milk. Staff very friendly and seemed competent. It’s not up to the standard of the old Fairfield hotels.」

「Everything is as amazing! The staff was so helpful and so nice (All of them)! Julie at the front desk was awesome. My beach shuttle driver, Roger, was absolutely fantastic. The front does young lady who let me into the gym at 5am the wonderful lady in the morning for checkout! Definitely pet friendly! I thought it was nice they have a little shuttle to take you down to the beach and pick you up! It’s just down the road but saves you from having to pay for parking! I didn’t want to leave the area...

「A set up of the hotel is interesting. The lobby is actually a few floors up. The view is absolutely beautiful. It overlooks the beach their pool and hot tub are definitely heated. Nice and warm for the pool and hot for the hot tub. Staff was nice room was clean if I were to stay there again I would probably get a room that faces the beach.」

「Parking was easy and safe. The rooms were well maintained. Location was not far from beach. This was my second time staying here and enjoyed it. 」

「It was funny when we got there it was the exact same Condo I had started in the previous year! It was very clean! The Check in was easy! Only part I didn't like was when I asked about early check in it seemed to be an automated system that answered me back instead of an actual person . It said no early check-in. So we had to find other things to do for about 3 hours!」
