"My suggestion is to put some real, better shower curtains that fit. There’s no way we could keep from water going on the floor. It is not wide enough. The first night there was a guy on duty that was just rude. No personality or couldn’t even smile. That was on March 14th. He was not pleasant. Our cable/satellite didn’t work. Just a few channels that worked. Apple juice tasted watered down. Sorry for the comments but yall need to know "

"Hotel was good but not rememberable. Too long ago to say but it seems to have had all the necessities. Adequate bathroom, good breakfast, good customer service. "

"Gentlemen was extremely grouchy while our family was in the hot tub. 6 people (1 under 12) 3 adults just talking and laughing. He was upset it was loud. We were just talking and visiting. Then when myself and 3 teens were sitting at a table the same gentleman complained it was too loud. We were not talking — all of us had headphones and were on phones. We just were sitting up eating snacks at a table rather than in bed. "

" I rate the Okana Resort 4 stars. No one explained the extra fees at check in or on Expedia, which was frustrating. The room also had a sewage smell, though the manager did make adjustments to help with the issue. The outdoor waterpark wasn’t open during our stay, and there was no room service available. On the positive side, the children had a great time, which helped make the stay better overall. Because of that, I’m giving it a 4‑star rating."

"Pool heater was out the whole weekend so kids couldn’t swim. Rooms are a bit outdated shower took a while to get hot. Other than that it was a great stay. Love the happy hour and breakfast"

"Obviously with a hotel at this price, you know you’re not getting anything fancy. But this place is awful. Everything is run down and dirty. Hallways smell like stale cigarettes and weed. Windows are broken. Carpets are filthy. Neighborhood is very shady and unsafe. All sorts of vagrants, homeless, prostitutes and drug dealers are constantly roaming around the property. Do not stay here. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more money and stay elsewhere. "
