「Told was the oldest hotel in Ohio. It has a manually run elevator. Staff operates it for you. Three floors of hotel space. Very quiet & quaint & served my purpose well. It has a bar restaurant within the hotel & is in the heart of downtown Wilmington. Rooms are smaller but functional. A rich heritage awaits you.」

「The check-in process was not user friendly. The sidewalk in front of the property was torn up and had construction tape all around it. We had to wait for 30 minutes or so outside the place before we could get the check in information to be able to get into our room.」

「We were in there for the Cincinnati Open championship weekend. This hotel is an official Cincinnati open hotel where many players were staying. Very well maintained but looked a little quiet. The occupancy might be very low. The restaurants in the property were closed for special events mostly probably for the Cincinnati Open. Overall good hotel.」
