"The check-in line was 50 people deep with no concern about getting anybody through any faster. The first room they gave us had not been cleaned. The second room they gave us the lock wouldn't work so we couldn't even get in. The third room was decent. Overall the hotel needs a major finishes upgrade. And the $67 parking was ridiculous."

"Unfortunately management is negligent in maintaining this property. And the overall area is degrading. #1 the elevator doesn't work! There are 2 elevators, 1 is not working at all, and the other need major maintenance. While it operators it gets stuck, I mean literally stuck! some one has to "push" the door closed in order for it to operate! Yikes, what to do if you are on the top floors (17) if it breaks down! Are you going to actually have to climb 17 stories to get to your room! Additionally, most everything is boarded up or not working in the nearby area. You will have to walk several blocks to get to anything which is sketchy! You best have an alarm and/or strong stomach walking the area. There are panhandlers and trash on the side walk areas. while this isn't the hotels fault, it definitely would not be my next pick given the price. "

"The only thing that was great was food servers even though the food was cold both time. No fault of the servers. My sister and I traveled to attend a concert for only one night and that one night was horrible. When we arrived in the room it smelled like the men’s bathroom (urine). Sent a message to staff to get this resolved no one showed up. Spoke to a customer service representative at the desk and the only thing that was offered was free breakfast 🙄 that was cold. They wanted us to move in the night because housekeeping was not available. "
