"Excellent service. They were very kind and thoughtful. Ben was very comfortable. No air conditioning but with the windows open the room was plenty cold. Street was quiet so open windows was not an issue. The bath was so nice for my achy muscles. Also this is the only hotel on my trip to have lotion. My cracked hands appreciate it. Room was also very cute. My favorite hotel 8 days into my trip."

"So maybe not the prettiest of all hotels but still had a cabin/vintage feel. Our main complaint so far on this trip was the pillows! They laid so flat and the bed wasn’t that great but also not the worst. Had a cute balcony and two additional chairs inside which was perfect for when we brought our dinner back. Super convenient location to station and Matterhorn activity that we did. The other activities like to the main view of the mountain was 15ish minutes on the other side but that only meant going on a nice walk. Was even able to wake up early enough for a sunrise view. Oh and breakfast was decent! Had totally forgotten it was included"

"We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Butterfly. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the on site restaurant. Hotel Butterfly is conveniently located within a ten minute walk from the Zermatt train station but the location on a side street is very quiet. Our room had a beautiful balcony."

"Rooms are small but manageable. Make sure to check out the property first day, we didn’t know there was a common kitchen and fridge downstairs. Very nice and convenient to Train station and Coop."
