"New condition, coffee machine leaking could not use. floor didn't seem totally clean, but generally clean, nice bedsheets etc were clean. broken piece wood over laundry door area, facilities ok. Foxtel, Netflix but no free to air tv. Parking extra $15 but stacker which can break down, so did not risk. Street Parking is only 1 Hour limit, so had to take a risk over the weekend, which many people did, not good at all. Staff were nice. had to let us in by appointment."

"Hotel closed at 515pm arrival time major problem checking in, I slept in by 10 mins on check out day house keeper banging on day saying hurry up instead of being polite unbelievable would never ever stay here again."

"The place is in a great location for shopping, driving to the centre and driving around Melbourne. The service desk was very helpful re:check in prior to our arrival. It's great that the check in is digital and on your app. Maybe more than 1 set of keys for the apartment and clearer instructions about the parking would be better. We loved the spaciousness and that the space was suitable for a family of 6. The are 2 bathrooms, 1 as ensuite. The beds were all queen and of acceptable...

"The property looked exactly like the photos displayed.However,upon arrival, there was no tv,no wifi,soiled towels, broken window latch (whereby someone could easily climb through into the property),broken kettle,scuffed walls l, broken rangehood and stove top.These issues were raised when discovered and I was promised a refund for of 20% for everyday of my stay until wifi is available. "We booked a room for 6, but there was only accessories for 4. I called them nearly everyday to request for blankets, but only received SORRY and told that they cannot guarantee to provide the blankets. Since we have paid for 6 person, we should be provided with sufficient accessories. The instructions for opening the garage door was not clear, and we were unable to use the garage for first 2 days.
