「The stay was average at best. I chose a resort view room, and I was told that my view of the parking lot was the resort view. That was a BIG turn off. It was like dingy, not dirty, all older. The air in the room was stale. The beds were uncomfortable. There were no upgrades, I was told it was remodeled. I didn’t see anything new at all it was a small yet quaint room. All the lights in our room flickered . One evening there was a private party and we were not permitted to utilize the bar or...

「The entire Ameristar was in excellent clean condition that included the room the hot tub the casino and the restaurant. My only suggestion would be that I wish they hadn’t taken the deli away as a lot of people do not like oriental food and if you were there for more than 1 to 2 days the restaurant menu even though it was good I would prefer a deli like you had before, but besides that great time. The staff was wonderful and so helpful.」

「The property itself is extremely beautiful, the setting & views are AMAZING although we had a lot of problems with our key & consequently was locked our room on several occasions. We were told the restaurant would be serving food within a certain schedule yet when we tried to order two different times, it was closed. The shuttle service is very minimal & they aren’t willing to accommodate you, even on events they promote. The spa was absolutely phenomenal. FANTASTIC THERAPISTS. The rooms are...
