This ski-in/ski-out hotel exceeded our expectations. We were upgraded to a premier slope-facing room and waking up to the snow views was incredible. The Level M1 ski storage is extremely convenient—put on your gear and step right onto the slope within seconds. From the champagne welcome in the lobby to the outstanding service at Incline One, everything felt seamless and high-quality. The snow in this area was well suited to my level, and because instructors ski the first runs each morning, any icy sections are quickly broken up, making the snow much softer and more comfortable to ski. The front desk is staffed with multiple team members who sincerely help guests and make you feel truly taken care of.

My husband and I recently stayed here for our honeymoon and the staff went above and beyond for us! Front desk staff Elizabeth spoke with me weeks before our trip about my reservations and went above to help us have a great room with a nice view. The concierge, Miya, also exceeded our expectations of decorating the room for our visit. The entire staff as a whole were very friendly, kind, and welcoming! The resort is absolutely beautiful. Will definitely recommend and revisit.

This was a great hotel in a great location if you're planning things on or around Snowmass Mall. Staff is amazing and always asking how they can help. My only complaint was that we specifically booked a view room and ended up with a view of another building, and that building happenend to be under construction so all the deck furniture, grills, erc. were strewn about the small grassy area betreen us, it just looked trashy. We had zero view and just left the blinds closed the whole time. But otherwise, I highly recommend this hotel, we will definitely be back.

The hotel was nice but for the cost per night I don’t believe it was worth that - I understand it’s most likely for location. We went in the off season & still spent around $1000 for two nights with the resort fees & $60 breakfast credits. The rooms advertised on their website & other booking platforms are not the room we were given either. I booked the Mountain View standard king room believing we would have a view like the one pictured & that’s not what we received even tho it was technically a Mountain View. Breakfast at starks was good, very overpriced but service was great. For two of us each bill was around $70 with just an entree & lattes.

I just for home today, i find out they charge me 200$ more i don’t know what it is. However, no free wifi with the price of the room, the bed is a little bit uncomfortable. No microwave in the room. The light in the bathroom work for one and half day, after that some part of it not work. Instead of spend this amount of money here with the view, maybe next time I will go to Europe instead, get more fun and civilization and cheaper price room

I had emailed my bedding needs a week before my stay…allergic to polyester which is in nearly all hotel blankets and pillows. Upon check-in I forgot to have front desk confirm this had been done. They sai the order was there did housekeeping. I called once upstairs and said it seemed like polyester to me. 20 minutes later housekeeping was at my door to change to feather from poly. The front desk made an assumption which was wrong. Housekeeping was very nice. Overall everything was great otherwise )other than surprisingly cheap toilet paper.)

Mother and Sons Birthday Celebration!

We celebrated the birthdays of my wife and son! Our son has a disability and the hotel was quite accommodating. The pool with fully operational spas did the job. Our Waiters David & Kadesh did an outstanding job with allowing us to have an outside table and we had really nice dinner for three. We can’t complain and we don’t like crowds anyway. This establishment was only at 20% occupancy and we were all for it. Again thanks!

DO NOT STAY HERE

I'm really disappointed in my stay at this resort. I was alerted that the HVAC for the room wasn't working even though this has been an ongoing problem. This should have been disclosed upon booking. The standing fan in the room was not a great solution. Only putting coffee and tea out between 5:30am-6:30am in the morning was worthless. Most hotels have a 3-4 hour beverage center for their guests. Forcing guests to go to the restaurant for the beverages wasn't great since they were apart of the resort fee however they make you pay for it when you walk in. The resort options for food wasn't good either. Bagels and cereal for breakfast at the Alpine Grill wasn't great despite $38. The bar upstairs served decent food however the kitchen closed too early. Was there for the JAS festival and wanted to eat upon getting back. You guys only had one bartender and the menu for food was too limited. Again you closed the kicthen early anyway. Booking the shuttles to go to town was stressful, for the valets are unorganized, they don't listen to one another or the concierge. They are simply aloof and dismissive. Very frustrating. Only 1 or 2 front desk people were truly helpful in my first time visit. Its a pretty property but very few seemed trained in hospitality. Never coming back to this establishment.

After checking us into our room we were told that there was an “engineering problem” that would prevent us from getting the room we booked and paid for - king size bed with view - and there was a problem with HVAC, so there was no air conditioning and our room would be hot. They waived the resort fee to accommodate - which seemed minimal given that we ended up in a room with 2 double beds and a view of the hotel driveway (vs. ski slopes) Housekeeping only placed new towels in our room - did not make the bed, replace the water bottles in the fridge or remove the trash. The head valet was incredibly rude to guests - we were waiting for the hotel shuttle to go to the music festival, one guest said his wife would be right down and the valet told him “no, we leave on time”. - it was early afternoon and there were only 4 of us on the shuttle they could have waited. The hotel is a nice location, but they clearly need to step up their service.
