「They let me reserve the room at 10pm, then after the payment went through they sent me a message stating check is between 4-7pm if you want to check in later you have to give the 72hr notice and there os NO front desk and no one will be back in office til 9am the next day! 「This property has been beaten to near death and has a lot of differed Maintenance. The room, had no pictures, carpet was heavily stained with bleach and soiled to the point of I wore flip flops everywhere in the room. Everything was unplugged, tv, alarm clock etc. Coffee Maker was ancient and took forever to heat up hot water. When I checked in, no one was at the front desk at 3:15p.m. and a sign said we will be back soon. I hate those signs anywhere as I don't know if they left 5 minutes ago...
