Room had a microwave and fridge. Beds were comfy and room service was available without request. For the price, it was a fine stay. Breakfast was good and a plus. Bathroom fan did not work but the shower was nice. Elevator was half broken but we were still able to get to our rooms just fine. Overall ...

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Southern Pines by IHG
Room was clean and quiet. Comfortable bed and bedding. I would give the room a 98% with the only thing to get 100% in room 209 is replace the shower head. It is a little rusty. Staff is great.
