「Clean room and helpful staff.」

「The staff was great. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.」

「Starting to show some wear and tear, stains in bathroom, but overall not bad, AC kept turning on, even with thermostat turned up above room temp, so just shut it off. Road noise noticeable on Weekends, as hotel is on main road but location is great. Not happy that we made an error, our fault and booked an accessible room but couldn’t move. 「Everything was well maintained and the staff was very polite.」

「Friendly and clean environment. Daily housekeeping which I really appreciated」

「Room was clean and hotel was quiet. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Hotel is close to restaurants and bars that are within a short walk. Definitely would stay again if I find myself back in Owatonna.」
