"Likes: great front desk & housekeeping crew, soft pillows, bed was great, location, Denny's a minute walk away, pool & hot tub both working, 16th floor room had good sound proofing from highway noise. Dislikes: 1 of 4 bed light not working, shower curtain smelled musky(needs to completely dry up), front part of toilet seat has visible deep scratches maybe fr too much clean scrubbing(needs replacing for hygienic purposes), saw a green doggy poop bag on sidewalk beside building, beside main entrance sliding door looks like a bench & cigarette butt caddy(?) for smokers, building looks a little older now compared to website pictures."

"I loved the central location of the hotel. We walked into the lobby and it smelled wonderful. The staff were welcoming and followed up once we arrived on our room. The facility was nice and new which I liked. The only think I didn’t like was having to pay $20 for outdoor parking;("

"Stayed at a loft room with King bed, which seemed more like a Queen size. The bathroom was fine with no drainage issues that we typically encounter with hotels, however there were not many towels so we kept having to ask for additional. The air conditioner located at the bottom floor didn’t work too well for the upper level (bedroom), even with the fan turned on at the highest setting so upstairs was a bit warm/muggy. The room itself was a bit dirty with some leftover food stain streaks on the counters and also leftover sauce that was spilled off the upper floor railing that was missed by housekeeping due to the distance. I didn’t like that the window opens with no safety bar or netting, so potentially dangerous for kids. We could only open it partially due to concerns about our toddler falling out. Otherwise the staff was very friendly and helpful, we did like the overall layout of the loft. If it wasn’t for the room running hot even with a/c we would consider staying at the loft again."

"The room was spacious and comfortable. The property is againg, but everything was in good repair. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and the shower was awesome ( a handheld and a rain shower head) We would stay there again."
