"Super nice hotel "

"Bed frame was broken, making terrible noise with every small movement on the mattress. Maintenance came to look at it next morning only to conclude that the frame is "on the old side", not resolving the issue. Front desk finally offered a different room which had identical issue. I have requested a member of the management to contact me directly to discuss compensation. I'm yet to hear back, a week later. "

"Our reservation was canceled less than 24 hours before we were going despite them sending a confirmation email the night before. I wasn’t notified by the hotel, only Expedia. When I called, a manager was supposed to call back, 4 hours later I called again. Manager never called. Exact same thing happened to my brother’s family. Terrible customer service!!!"
