"The room was clean and fine, but the garbages in the hallways were constantly overflowing with trash, and the property outside was filthy. Also the side door the building that is supposed to be accessible by room key only, did not lock and was accessible to anyone that opened it, which is unsafe. "

"I had paid for a room with a hot tub. That didn't happen. The first room I was put in stank of cat urine. The second room haded a bathroom with cracked sink housing and a filthy tub. It took more than 10 minutes for the water to get warm enough for a shower. The bed looks like it's falling apart. The thermostat couldn';t be regulated. Sorry to say this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in."

"Drive 10 hours to get there at 12:00 ask if our room was ready told it wasn’t. She said she would call me when it was ready and never did. When I went back 2 hours later she said oh let me check and it just so happened to be ready. I don’t know if they put dogs on all the floors which I wasn’t aware pets were even allowed. But there was barking all day and into the night. Just a horrible stay "

"I booked here for a week. The fridge in the room is a very tiny fridge so if you’re planning to bring things to put in the fridge for the week you will not have enough space. The room also does not have a microwave so if you plan to heat anything up you will not be able to do so conveniently in your room. You will have to go down to the lobby and use the microwave that isn’t very clean. They have a sign that says they clean the bed sheets everyday unless you have the do not disturb hang tag on the knob,but that’s a lie I stayed here for a week along with 5 other people who had their own rooms and we all confirmed that none of our bed linen was changed within that entire week. The hotel front desk just gives a sorry excuse that they only have 1 housekeeper which I don’t understand how you have 1 employee to clean an entire hotel. The housekeeper only comes in and takes out the trash and takes up used towels that’s all they don’t clean the shower toilet beds sheets or anything. Upon arrival on the first day the toilet had a seal over it that said “sanitized for your protection” THAT WAS A BIG FAT JOKE ! .I opened to the toilet to seee piss and hair all over it absolutely disgusting which lead me to believe they probably did not clean the room at all in between guests. When I alerted the front desk she just took a old rag and some off brand spray and gave it a wipe down. No Clorox I ended up having to clean it.They allow other guest to be loud and noisy every night at all hours"
