"Great place to stay. Loved the room, comfy bed, very nice recliner, full size refrigerator and ice maker. All staff was super friendly and helpful. I will absolutely stay here again."

"The property is an old ranch from 1912 and is rustic. That being said the amenities are top notch. The rooms are large with updated bathrooms and great air conditioning. The restaurant food was delicious and they offer an onsite cafe for lattes and espresso drinks with pastries."
"I stayed here solo for 2 weeks for a conference at University of Arizona and I cannot recommend this hotel enough! The University is directly across the street, so walking anywhere (even to restaurants like Agave House and Bacio Italiano) was a breeze. The rooftop lounge/bar had great food and drinks, thank you to the bartender Taylor for making me feel comfortable my first night! You and the other gentleman with you were hilarious. THE VIEW WAS AMAZING. Everything was very clean and kept up. The rooms were thoughtfully designed and so cute! I did not purchase breakfast when I booked so I didn't get any (went to Einstein Bagels), but it looked great and seemed reasonably priced. The only thing that I did not like was the parking options, it's either you park on the street and pay the meters every 2 hrs or you pay for the valet which I thought was expensive. Also, they seem to operate independently from the hotel so at times it was a little confusing with payment. All in all, I had a great time and everyone was so nice! If you're on the fence, just pick this place, I highly recommend you stay here!"
"3 palms has been the PERFECT hotel for my visits to Tucson throughout the summer. The staff have been nothing but accommodating, welcoming, and friendly. Kelsey went ABOVE AND BEYOND for my girlfriend and I. "
