Being able to park the car and walk to dinner after a day out was a big plus. The property itself is straightforward and comfortable, with amenities like the pool and hot tub that are perfect for unwinding after a day visiting nearby parks like **Arches National Park** or **Canyonlands National Park**. Overall, River Canyon Lodge is a **clean, comfortable, and nicely updated place to stay** in Moab. "The check-in staff was not necessarily rude but very disinterested and unwelcoming. The rooms had no sound barrier. We could hear everything that was going on in the halls and surrounding rooms making it difficult to sleep. I would not stay here in the future or recommend it to anyone"

"The motel is older, but maintained quite well. We had a two bedroom unit and the AC was in the back bedroom. It cooled both rooms. There was no coffee maker in the room, but guest could get free coffee and tea at the restaurant on site. If you go to the restaurant, order the fry bread it was the best fry bread I’ve ever tasted. Also visit the trading post. They were extremely well priced with their items. I would stay here again, the view was beautiful. "
