It's an older hotel but it was clean and worked well for our needs. Very convenient and walkable to restaurants. As most older hotels it does not have an elevator which does make it more difficult if you're an older person having to haul heavy luggage up the stairs but it would not prevent me from staying here again. The staff was friendly as well.

The location is great. It's right by Moab hustle and bustle. We are not impressed by the AC though. But maybe because it was July, the summer heat is real. Other than that, it's perfect.
