「We were not happy about the cleanliness of the room as housekeeping left a dirty towel in the bathroom and when we went up to the front desk they told us they would take care of it right away. We went to a concert and came back to the same dirty towel being in our bathroom. Our room was never cleaned in between night stays and trash was overflowing in room( trash cans are tiny) Had to request clean towels from front desk as we had no maid service . 「Nice place. Well put together and overall, friendly staff. Pleasant, cozy, clean room but could hear some outside sounds. Carpet a little stained, otherwise excellent. Included breakfast was basic. Afternoon tea (separate and open to the public) was not recomendable. Nothing like the real thing. Bar was well stocked. 」
