"We stayed in 2 Club Pacific rooms, and were not disappointed, the rooms were very clean, well equipped and spacious. The club lounge is wonderful, a very relaxing atmosphere with a beautiful 360 degree view of the city. The food and beverage choice was very good, you could easily dine there for the evening cocktails and nibbles without the need to eat elsewhere, although Singapore has some wonderful food choices, (so don’t eat too much and miss out)… Breakfast was overly very good, but I must say, the ordered food didn’t meet my standards so much. The service is wonderful, the staff were very welcoming. My only let down was the pool, the pool was quite dirty, lots of bits floating in the water. But my children didn’t seem to care. Sun-beds were fairly easy to come by, but evenings were much busier (from 5pm)… Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back."

"Everything was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The room was smaller than expected with a sink next to the kettle rather than in the bathroom. This wasn't an issue due to us being out most of the time. And when we were in the room it was very comfortable. I just wanted to let anyone know who thinks the rooms might be larger than they were. Friendly and helpful staff. We had a good stay."

"From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and welcome. We booked tanah gajah for our honeymoon and wish we had stayed for longer than 4 nights! The hotel has so much to offer - a tethered hot air balloon (worth every penny), professional photographer, rice field paddy tour and kedac dance nights. The staff were all brilliant and we slept amazingly well. We would definitely recommend the resort to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Ubud."
