「This resort is by far a premium place to stay. The staff are so personable and so helpful and just all around professional and kind. The food is impeccable and I would suggest anyone staying there to be part of the meal is plan. It is clean and the staff goes above and beyond to make each and every one comfortable.」

「We had an amazing stay. The food was the best part and the staff were awesome. The pool definitely needs updating but not a deal breaker for us because of the beautiful beach. We will definitely return. We did the all inclusive a must for our family of 5」

「Pros: Excellent service. Fabulous ocean view. Great design.
Cons: there were insects in room and terrace. Difficult to get a taxi from the Loren (it took us more than 30 minutes to get a taxi)」
