After a long day driving I had to pay it as the room was paid for and it was late. But again Melba understood my frustrations and calmed me down and that’s how service should be 」

「It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it.」
