「I like the layout of the room, very practical. The staffs are generally nice. Breakfast was simple but diverse and enough. The hotel is very close to a big mall for some convenient meals and shopping.」

「Clean room, liked the Netflix provided on the TV」

「Good location, good room.」

「It was nice and clean. One of the staff members was nice explaining things to us while we checked in. Why only 4 stars? Because there's no staff on site to assist you if you need help. Need to call or text using WhatsApp for help and that kinda inconvenience for travelers. Overall experience is great.」

「沒有early check-in…

「I cancel the booking before I check-in. The responses replied by the staff were very brief. It certainly causes misunderstanding. Also, I sent a message on Mar. 2, 3:36 pm, still there is no one reply at Mar. 7 10:47 am. Four days have already passed」

「good」

「One 15 sit in the nice environment which is the best in Sentosa 」

「Modern and clean. But room is a bit small. Friendly and helpful staff. 」
