「Awful beds are uncomfortable springs hanging out dipping in, wifi is shocking, states free car parking there is none dont be fooled! No hot water for a shower, more power in a hose pipe. Unclean, awful place to stay. £60 deposit, left small stain on sheet and was charged £20 out of deposit for this when the stain would of come out in the wash! Scammers becare; Avoid all costs. 」

「We were visiting the area for the Lytham Festival. Firstly, the location was excellent, as all the Lytham hotels were fully booked. Reception staff were helpful and were available 24 hours. The room was comfortable with all we needed. Bathroom and shower were great. Not massive but more than adequate. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options, cooked or continental. 「Place is managed by one man Tom who was very nice ...Owner was off to Birmingham as we arrived and another lady disappeared when I spoke to her so not much of a welcome . Place needs work and cleaning tbh ... Basic standards are a must especially in a town with so much competition.. Hotel had two names which doesn't help.Think we were the only ones there but we were the only ones for breakfast ... Took a while to get any response from anyone as place was deserted but got there in the end ...Tom...

「We booked this place as a last minute booking, so we didnt know what to expect. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a smile. We managed to park at the back of the building. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and tidy. It was very hot though as the heating was on, but once turned off, the room went much cooler. The beds were very comfortable, and the view was quite nice. The toilet was a bit dodgy, but it didnt cause much of an issue. For the price of the rooms, you cant...

「Its easy and quick check in. You can leave your bags if you come bit quicker. Host is honest and easy to talk to. Front garden/smoking area is nice place to chill if you dont want to sit inside + rooms are big. Host always makes sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. 」
