"This was our second time staying at this hotel and just like our first stay, this one was great. The staff is friendly (Mr. Bains especially) and there is an obvious effort by everyone working to keep the property and rooms clean and to provide good service. We were upgraded (without asking) to a king room with a nice sitting area which we truly ended up appreciating as our son at UNR came over and we had a great time watching the World Series with him. All in all another terrific experience here. We will be back next time we come to visit our son."

"Room was great. Clean as a hotel room can be, the thermostat control wasn’t working correctly, but other than that the room stayed pretty comfortable. The mattress for the couch bed was in pretty rough shape, seemed like it was just cloth and springs. Breakfast was what a continental breakfast is supposed to be. Wasn’t goo"
