「Such a wonderful stay here! Staff were absolutely perfect, food was amazing, the common areas are spacious, comfortable and inviting. Our room was clean, large and had all the amenities we could want or need. I can't say enough good things about the Hidden Gem!」

「We booked last minute due to a flight cancellation, the owner and onsite property manager were lovely to deal with and accomodated us. We were given clean sheets and 2 towels and the bed was made. It was comfortable, the pullout divan was stained and not comfortable, those things typically are not. The place had not been cleaned and there was no handsoap and little toilet paper. The outside area was very nice, the inside area is like a very rustic old north american cottage. Very old gas...

「Old building good of looking for something cheap and affordable.location is a pro. Staff gave mediocre service.rooms are rundown and old. TV only had one channel. Bathroom cabinets full of garbage. Fridge old. Has community kitchen. Window view was of neighbors trash 」

「I stayed for 1 week and my room was cleaned and I got clean towels only once, and that was only because i saw the cleaning staff and requested it. There was no front desk to make inquiries or requests. Whenever I checked the office was locked. The safe had no instructions on how to reset and no staff to assist. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel. But i felt the cost was too high for a hostel. It was very disappointing and i would not stay there again」

「The Divi Southwinds is great in so many ways for the whole family. The rooms are spacious enough for four, and the kitchen is great. The balcony is a nice quiet space to relax. The amenities and activities, including Pure Ocean had something for everyone. The 24 gym and basketball court was a bonus. The access to The Gap and groceries were great as well. The beach and beach bar for us. highlight」

「This property is in a good location, close to many beaches and amenities. I have been here several times, but I find the upkeep has gone down. All of our in-unit appliances were extremely old and the fridge leaked the entire time (it was replaced on the day we checked out). The power and wifi went out a few times during our 10 days. The furniture is very dated and could use replacement asap. The bathroom has a lot of signs of wear too. The cleaning staff were amazing but I miss the old hotel...

「The rooms and facilities were pretty tired and poor and need a lot of upgrading. The front desk staff was very friendly, but others in the restaurant were not. The beach is quite narrow and small. There arent enough lounge chairs and umbrellas. 」
