「No attendant on site upon arrival and had to wait for checkin.」

「I originally checked into the hotel and was assigned a room that when I got there the room was not clean, the toilet had feces in it and there were dirty towels in the bathroom. I approached the front desk to move rooms, but was met with well a non apologetic guest host who in my opinion made me feel like it was my fault. She did move me to another room where, in my opinion that floor and my room needs some work.The trim on the door is falling off and did fall off in the hallway was laying in...

「I picked this place because of decent reviews... Not sure if I got unlucky with my room, but it was bad. I walked in and saw that it wasn't the room I booked (no king bed), and that it was unkept and generally not very clean. I booked another room at a different hotel and never looked back. Didn't stay here, and wasn't offered a refund (in fairness it was a non-refundable booking, but under the circumstances I think a refund would have been fair). 」

「If you have bad knees and severe arthritis like me THERE’S NO ELEVATOR DO NOT STAY HERE unless you can carry your luggage up flights of stairs. For me it was a struggle that left me in tears. The room was OK, room lighting is dark, a bit of mold, a dingy bathtub, broken thermostat button, but decently clean. The desk guy was nice, but casually told me after check-in there’s no elevator. No offer of help. I can’t comment on the breakfast the stairs hindered that trip. 」

「Pool was broken when we arrived and the duration of our stay, which was half of the reason that we chose this one over others. Room itself was fine, hotel was out of rollaway beds that we’d requested. Overall the stay was fine but the value was not there, should have stayed at Embassy. 」

「We were desperate and traveling with small children so we had to stay one night at this hotel. It took going through four different rooms before one was somewhat acceptable. There were stains on the matress and bedding, bugs in the room, no shower curtain in one room we went through, food and garbage on the floor. The tile in the bathroom was dirty. This hotel deserves to be turned into the local health department. 」
