Nice condo, l block from the beach

The condo is nice - very clean. Had 2 bedrooms/2 baths. Location is very good - only 1 block from the beach and a nice bar/fast-food restaurant with full view of the beach. The only negative "rating" is that they charge a "cleaning fee" of $75, on top of the daily rate, not mentioned at the time I booked thru Expedia (or I missed it somehow)

Nice Condo unit very close to Gulf side beach

Check in was easy, office on main road. Staff very friendly and helpful. I had my to aging parents with me and needed a unit close to parking and on the first floor. Unit was clean, cool and easy to navigate. Had a little issue with the TV/Cable remote but easily fixed. We were 90 seconds from the beach access. It was great! Across the street from the restaurant we wanted to eat the first night there. Will reserve this unit again.

Family friendly condo

The condo pictured is not the one we stayed at. When we checked in we found out this condo didn't allow pets, even though we had called the office earlier in the week and were told it did. The staff was able to find us a different rental that ended up being a private home and did allow pets. The property was also fenced in so the dog and kids could be in the yard. Would rent this condo/home again
