"It didnt have a cookie sheet for the oven but it had everything else. The couch had spots all over it. The hidaway bed was broken and the pull out couch bed was awful to sleep on but everything else was fine love the view of the ocean"

"Me and my family came here for spring break and it was okay. I booked a penthouse I felt it could’ve been cleaner I found hair in the freezer the beds were a little uncomfortable with very thin comforters. Also water wouldn’t get hot so showers were very quick because it was too cold. It was advertised that we would receive a hotel credit of $200 however when I checked in the front desk associate gave me a coupon book worth $200(bad advertising) but what me and my family like the most about the resort is the heated pools and hot tubs. The ocean water view was amazing! The stay could’ve been better if we didn’t experience the things I listed above."

"We had an Ocean view room when we arrived to the hotel. We did not know the hotel we arrived to was not our original hotel so we were really upset before we even got to experience it. We stayed in the beachfront rooms. It was very musky when you walk in very dusty. Our bed did have a bug in it and a few hairs that were not ours on the pillows. When we pulled the covers back to inspect the sink in the bathroom was very dirty. It looked like black mold. Coming from it we had to go by cleaning products. The toilet got clogged twice. We had to call someone once and we tried to fix it ourselves the second time the patio furniture had cigarette butts all on it from people throwing cigarettes. We thought this was a no animal hotel but people had multiple dogs walking them through the lobbies smelling people. Parking lot had a lot of people on drugs walking through the parking lot and it was very noisy above. Our heads. We smelled Marijuana everyday for 3 days when we opened our door in the hallway when we opened our door to the patio, we could not walk anywhere without marijuana smell. The pool was dirty. The hot tub was dirty. Not only that it was musky in there. The door was broken so anybody can walk in. It was no privacy. The staff at the front were very rude. They were not very nice. We would ask them for extra towels and they would just be very rude in their tone. When we were asking for things that we needed that was easily providable and they just seemed like they were upset"

"This hotel was wonderful 10 years ago when my husband and first visited Myrtle Beach. This year spring break we brought 2 of our children and 2 grandchildren. Black tarps hung in the entrance to the lobby. Construction started every morning as we were eating breakfast. The lobby seemed as if I was in the way of the workers. When we talked with management one said that this would not bother them at all and another Assistant manager said in a few weeks this will be beautiful. We complained about all the pools outside because only one was working as far as heat. All the others were freezing water. Construction was going on outside too. A couple feet behind us at the pool was the cranes pulling out all the shrubs. The room was cleaned only if you ask due to a shortage of staffing. Our carpet had a large hole in the entrance of the hotel room. The number of dogs was unbelievable. Spoke with my manager and received 1 night credit. We left 2 days early to refund the rest. "

"Paid extra for a sea view, it seemed that the better rooms with a proper sea view and higher floors required an upgrade when you check in, which they kept pushing. Most of the pools were closed or dirty. The hotel is on the flight path. We had a junior suite and this has a window to a corridor, so anyone walking past looks in at the bed. Then you also have to pay extra for parking, resort fees and tax, so will have to add $60 per night to the hotel cost. "
