Overpriced and never got my deposit back. Drug addicts harassing you I asked for the tv remote because they didn’t have one and she said she was going to bring me one but never did. There was puke in the walkway to the car that just sat there the whole time. I wouldn’t recommend this place

Beach access directly across the road. Pool that also had a small sec for toddlers to swim and play in. Two bedrooms. Cold ac. Good shower. Host was super helpful.

It was clean but some of the staff was rude my son ask for 3 towel and a man one of the staff there hand him 3 hand towel and told him we had to deal with it because he had no more towel to give out

I wouldn’t go back there again.

It was honestly gross. There was poop on the inside of the toilet bowl and I had not used the toilet yet. I noticed a small maybe 1/2 inch blood stain on the door frame of the door in the bathroom. The sheets had dust and hair in them when you pulled them out. Other than everything was clean. Nice padded office chair on wheels and a mini fridge with a mini freezer (don’t see that too often). Honestly I just felt like I was paying for a roof over my head and essentially I was. Could definitely smell people smoking pot or just finished smoking it. I wouldn’t go back there again.

This is a drug hotel. I had people knocking on my door. Men telling me how they were going to trap my room. Needle caps in my room blood on walls door lamp and comforter

I waited 2 hours in parking lot for someone to show up to check me in. When the young boy finally walked up he wanted an extra $200 in cash only for deposit and was super rude would not even let me look at a room unless i gave him 200 cadh. Told me to get a refund if i didnt like it. But they dont give refunds so i was out all that money and no where to stay

Disappointment

Never had the opportunity to stay at the Palms even with a prepaid reservation. Upon arrival I was told there weren't any rooms available and that my refund had to go thru Expedia. I got the impression that they are not a very reputable business and would never choose them as a place to stay.
