「Outside pools were freezing. No towels in sight the first day. Slight grittiness to the room’s floor. Our feet were dirty a lot just from walking around. We wore shoes inside. One of the ladies at the desk was very nice. The bar/restaurant food was delicious. 」

「Front desk staff were not friendly, when we arrived in the room and try taking shower didn’t shampoo. Requested front desk and took about more than two hours to get them and I was late for my appointment. Next day when they cleaned the room didn’t leave the coffee cups. Also had to request extra towels and they brought next morning on the check out day. Requested for and late check out for an hour they absolutely denied it, I was asking for one hour late check out.」
