We stayed in a sea view room with doors to open but no window to let any air in. So it was the door open which not sure on security of that. And there was no air-conditioning. All in all a lovely place. 」

「We stayed in Kingston because we wanted to „shortcut“´a long stage of the South Coast Path. We received a very friendly welcome, the hosts were great, and the Dolphin Inn Pub and the rooms have lots of athmosphere! We liked it a lot!」

「We had a wonderful visit and the location is superb. The house needed some fixing but none of the small issues really affected us but the sketchy internet was a problem. Hopefully they can improve that to make everything perfect. A truly lovely place.」

「The Inn was comfortable and there's a car park nearby. There's a pub at the ground floor and another one opposite the inn. A supermarket is about 100-200 feet away so it's quite convenient. You can reach southern Devon's costal attraction within an hour's (by car). A natural reserve is also very close.」

「Not really a city view, view of Main Street, and the beautiful hills and valley to the left. Hosts are super helpful and friendly, always stay there when we go to Modbury. Food is good, room is clean and comfortable. 」

「The business is no longer a going concern, no staff, fire risks, lack of lighting in public areas, on-line advertising is totally misleading (outdated). One has to feel for the poor Landlord trying in vain to keep going.」
