「Nice hotel. It will great if the hotel can provide the free transportation between the ferry terminals!」

「Though the room a bit old but the cleanliness is great. Enjoy the bed softness」

「The hotel is located in a very nice place where has a brilliant view. Hotel service is good, spa service is cheap and really comfortable. By the way, the taxi services that hotel provided is very convenient for the tourist because in Batam, most of the taxi they do not have the meter and it is so hard to order a taxi when you are stay in vista hotel. In concluded, vista hotel is a very nice hotel, it has a budget price and nice living environment .」

「I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. There is a convenience store right next door and Diamond City Mall right across the street. There are restaurants around. Nagoya Food Court is within 8 minutes walk. It is a good location for traveling. The room smells, but I can get used to it. To be honest we can't ask for too much for less than $10 per night. Almost all hotels below 4 stars have the same condition. Because Indonesia is not strict about smoking. If you ask politely, they will change the...

「Location, location n location. The second time n this time 5 nights there. Breakfast in the nearby stalls daily as if being in Penang! The room cleaning staff were splendid n did their job well. 」

「The room condition is average. It will be good if there is a round of painting and also clean up the fridge, the kitchen as well as get rid of the ants in the toilet. The aircon is strong which is good. The kettle is working but take a long time to boil. The water pressure is good but the water heater can only provide moderately hot water. The rooms and hall are spacious and the location of the apartment is quite good, with Top 100 and some eateries within walking distance. The price is...

「When I showed up to the hotel they gave me a room I walked in and I thought oh it looks a little dated but it's okay. There's a bit of a smell but then when I turn on the electricity and the AC and then went to wash my hands, the sink made an incredibly loud noise due to some faulty plumbing. I informed the staff about it and they asked me if I wanted to try a different room that had no windows so I agreed and I went into that room. I think the AC was working fine but again that room also had a...
