"The staff was very kind and helpful but the bathroom was riddled with bugs that kept coming from the sink. It was kinda inconvenient to drive around the property to get to the lobby as well."

"Small room but thoughtfully laid out. Nespresso in-room coffee and filtered cold water stations on every floor with recyclable bottles were a great feature. Staff were all great. The maid service has 2 choices - we asked for express 1 day and were surprised to have someone show up at the door in 10 minutes with extra towels. Excellent location, room was spotless and there is a convenience closet on each floor if you forgot toothpaste, etc. We were missing a hair dryer, but I'm sure we could've had one if we called."
