Rooms are not equipped

The check-in counter was inside a small window with glass (so a glass-room !!). There are not enough facilitated inside the room and I ask for an hot-pot (boiled hot water) but the lady refused. She gave me the wrong room with single bed which is other's name, but changed after we (2 persons) told her.

El peor hotel en el que he estado en vida! Las sábanas sucias olian muy mal y las toallas asquerosas con mal olor tambien! La cama estaba mojada quien sabe de que.. habia cabellos en la bañera y aparte toda la pared de la ducha tenia moho.. salia un olor putrefacto del lava manos.. hasta agua olia horrible cuando salia de la tubería, seguro de la puerta roto.. tengo fotos de todo esto..

Walls dirty, stain with buggers, blood, towels dirty, bedcover cigarette burn, bathroom walls mold stain and dirty. Poorly maintained, house cleaning and maintenance crew have to do a better job with the up keeping of the property for a better customer experience.

This place was disgusting.. Wouldn't DARE step foot in the shower.. Couldnt get new bedding or towels/wash cloths. Air conditionig unit was falling apart, freezer was unusable, and, worst of all, when i went to get ice from the machine, it was also covered in mold. I booked a room here becausr it allowef dogs, and enroute, was told i could not bring them. Didnt even stay the second night and got a refund, whoch took over a week to post. NEVER EVER STAY HERE. I had a first floor King Bed room.

The pictures were a complete lie. I never saw a room so disgusting in my life. I had to clean everything..did the floors and rags came up dark black, scum in tub. Negative 1 out of 10.

This is the dirtiest, nastiest hotel I've ever been in. It smelled so heavily if smoke in our "king, non smoking" room that it was choking. That was after the front desk person did not follow his own posted rules and treated us like we were ignorant. See for yourself. Comforters with multiple cigarette burns, mold on the bathroom walls, filthy. We did not stay and alerted hotels.com within 15 minutes of checking in. Of course, the manager was "unavailable" for a refund.

Room was digusting, no deadbolt on door so my daughter and i shoved the table and mini fridge infront of the door as extra barrier and roaches came out. After that we packed up and left at 12 am. Not a safe place if you are women traveling alone!

NO INTERNET!!

Room just okay. Only one main lock on the door. Second hook lock was busted. Had to keep reseting the Direct tv input button manually after turning tv off. NO INTERNET how do you have a hotel with no internet?? Rooms badly in need of updating. No phones in the rooms never have I stayed at a hotel/motel with no phones in the rooms! This place is good if you are doing a layover or one night stay. I would never stay with a family or 5 days or more. Most likely would choose the Red roof inn over thisplace next time I stay in that area

Original room was a disgusting mess, poop on the walls, bubbled up water damaged floors, a HOLE by the ac unit, and when i found it and asked to be moved i got yelled at about a cleaning fee, my second room after pleading for a new one, holes in the blankets i bought a sheet to sleep on, shower has black mold, and i honest wouldnt have even left a review and just moved on if the employees hadnt also been rude, i could not check in until after four pm and my plan landed at 3am so i decided to wait in the lobby only to have an arguement about how i DID have a reservation i just couldnt check in yet, and i had no where else to go.

Worst hotel EVER.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Absolutely filthiest place I've ever stayed, and it was over $100. The lobby looks nothing like the pic. I've attached pics. The lampshade was horribly stained. The bedspread had holes in it. The walls were patched, but not repainted. It was absolutely filthy and smelled. I've stayed at $15 hotels in India that were 10x better. Also, the tv didn't work, the front desk staff was rude, and there are hookers and sketchy people all over.
