「This is a highly-recommended hotel. The location is quite convenient. Everything is great, feeling like a home. One thing that they can improve is the offering of the breakfast. It is quite hard to get breakfast outside the hotel in the morning. So, if there is breakfast offered, even a simple continental breakfast, that would be great and the convenient for business travelers.」

「very bad service.the hotel staff totally forget to give us receipt when we check out , after we back to back to Asia , we tried to phoned them many times but didn't get any document by far. even worse , the reception lady name-Kelly hung up the call , and not listening to our request and complain , i won't choose such hotel again !!!」

「I love the hotel, the staff is friendly and accommodating, 18th floors river view was stunning, at night especially. The gym and pop are great, water in the lobby is appreciated. The bathroom may need a bit more tidying up, that’s the only thing I could think of. :)」
