「I’ve stayed here before and had a great experience. This time not so much. When checking in we asked for a cot for our room. For personal reasons. The gentleman at the front desk said that the hotel was full but he would try to get me one. When we came back to the room later a girl who worked the night shift said that the cot room was locked and if we wanted one we should have asked for it in the morning. The attitude received was horrible. Asked for blankets to make a makeshift bed and recieved...

「It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it.」
