「The hotel is beautiful and the staff really friendly. We tried different restaurants, all were good. The breakfast was good, everyone will find something. The gym is excellent, the pool is nice and warm, though too crowded and may be a bit small for the hotel size plus club members plus lodges. Due to the beautiful location it is complicated to get around without a car. 」

「This is a beautiful hotel, the castle is lovely but the new building is gorgeous. The room was a good size and was very tastefully decorated, and we had plenty of tea and coffee. The staff are very friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice, served in the main bar area. 」

「OMG! We arrived and I immediately realized my phone fell out of my pocket in the taxi. Claire was outstanding as I was losing my composure and she was very calming. She knew what to do to help me get my phone back and brought my phone to me with some prosecco! 」
