「Excellent property in the heart of Little Havana…our room had everything needed for a short 5 night break, the staff are so helpful and attentive. The customer service we experienced was sending to none, always checked in during our stay and couldn’t be more helpful, they all went above and beyond, would highly recommend the Tower Hotel!!」

「Stayed at this property 3 years ago and it was wonderful, that's why we came back to it. However, now it is remotely managed, with very slow response to questions, concerns and problems. First room head wet floors and reeked of whatever cleaning solution they used to clean. Rooms, was in a back corner with a window that looked out on a fence and a garbage bin. Was relocated to another room directly above it with no view at all and incredibly small for the size bed that was in the room. To...
