" Wry old runs down hotel. Poor choices for breakfast. Pool, old, ice machine broken our whole stay. Shuttle only runs Monday-Friday until 5:30. Woukd not recommend staying here."

"The hotel and amenities itself were fine. My room was so humid even with the air on full blast, and smelled of mould. When I went to take a shower there was hair in the drain from the last visitor. The room was quite expensive considering these things."

"Room 354 Our stay from February 25 to March 1 was very disappointing, especially considering the price of over $200 per night. The room was never cleaned during our stay, even though we requested housekeeping. The staff told us they do not clean rooms during a guest’s stay, which was never communicated beforehand. The first night we didn’t even have pillows and had to wait until the next day to receive them. When it rained one night, the roof leaked inside the room, creating puddles on the floor and on a chair. I have photos documenting this. To make matters worse, when I asked for towels to clean up the water, the staff said they did not have any available. Overall, the experience did not meet basic hospitality standards, especially for the price paid. I would not recommend this property unless management improves maintenance, housekeeping, and guest support."

"The hotel that I can go to simply do not recommend it they should close it they do not clean the rooms the beautiful full of hair of the previous customer must be and since they do not clean I had to see it the bathtub completely dirty as I say they did not clean under the bed full of garbage with toothpicks on the sides of the bed a disgusting thing do not go that does not serve it is very cute in photos but when you arrive it is another reality and not to say the damp plague please repair that hotel it is a pity that you rent people in that place with such horrible conditions"

"Quite disappointed with the condition of the hotel. We were diligent in reading reviews before making a reservation. Certainly not worth $550+ for a two-night stay. The hotel is quite old, and the room decor reflects this. Both beds appeared to be old, VERY loud and squeaky with every movement, and you end up sleeping in a large sunken area. Shower curtain barely holding on to the wall. It sags, therefore the shower curtain will not close, so shower water ends up on the floor. Mold is around the tub; some covered with a thin layer of caulking. Breakfast was fair at best. I realize Florida has alot of birds, but there was an overabundance of them, so there was bird poop everywhere, on the outdoor chairs, tables, walkways. "

"They did not honor our room reservations, we had 2 booked over a month ago …. And told us when we arrived we ran out of rooms , after we paid the full amount… and suggested we go to another hotel, much less money & way out of our way at 5:00 in Palm Beach during rush hour…. We missed our dinner reservation… we had to cancel our girls weekend… because we had no where to stay…. And then drive 4 hours back home at night… I had never experienced anything like this … and the manger was horrible, just said to bad we ran out of rooms … So I had to pay a cancellation fee to get my money back & they cancelled our rooms … I will never stay at a Hilton again & I’m a rewards member… such a horrible experience.."

"A pound arriving at the hotel our room had already been given away, even though we were arrived before midnight and had made two phone calls to the hotel as well as reached out to them via the messaging app twice. We we were assured our room would be their first when we arrived. I arrived at 10:30 PM and they stated our room has been given away. They did provide us with an alternative room. There were poop smears on the seats of the chairs in the sitting room area as well as the chair in the bedroom. The wallpaper was peeling away from the walls. There was also a handicapped room, so unfortunately everything was at waist night. This wasn’t too bad just a little inconvenient. The staff were absolutely wonderful, kind and courteous. The breakfast was acceptable. It would’ve been nice to have some bacon as a change from the sausage they provided every day even Sunday."
