The Grand Brighton

"Another lovely stay at the Grand Brighton. All of the staff members were friendly, helpful and pleasant. The amenities in the room were lovely, my favourite toiletries, clean, spacious and comfortable. The concierge parking made life very easy, worth paying for. Was able to leave car there after check-out when we went into town. Good selection at breakfast, would have liked tea and coffee to be table service rather than totally self-service. Queues at the coffee machine was irritating, and guests struggled using them, luckily other guests were helpful!"

"The room and the view was perfect. Even had air conditioning- which was much appreciated in the heat we’ve had. Lovely balcony with a table and chairs to sit and watch the world go by. Only downside, a few of the staff were rude."

"We were pleased with our 2 night stay. Well located for the newly ‘renovated’ historic area with the city walls, dancing man and Tudor House all nearby. Well located for cruise ships and Isle of Wight ferries. Staff were polite and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and also the spa treatments. Plenty of restaurants and pubs within an easy walk. The communal areas were nicely furnished and the room was comfortable. Check in was easy and available at the stated time. Parking was good and similarly priced to nearby commercial car parks. We had two small room issues which were dealt with very quickly by calling reception. I would stay there again."

"Nice clean room, we really enjoyed it. We stayed during a heatwave, but we're out room was located, it was cool and we had a small desk fan. Breakfast choice was simple, staff at breakfast were so kind and attentive."

"A wonderful hotel on the front. Pool not big, but enough for a swim. Room and bedding lovely. Air con in rooms. Friendly staff. Lovely breakfast and you can sit overlooking the sea. I'd highly recommend and would stay again if in Brighton"

"Went in a heatwave, got there with a migraine Staff were so helpful, arranged a slightly earlier check in. Helpful throughout AC wasn't so strong in room but a fan was given to help It was a hot day. Small gym but functional. Would return Varvara I think the staff member was called, she was extremely helpful. Stored our luggage after check out so we could enjoy the area before we left Thank you for a great stay"

"We had a problem with a group of guests smoking heavily in their rooms and it was disgusting, but the team moved us very quickly and no problems after that"
