「Cute place. One stain on the couch they should probably try to remove but otherwise nice, clean, and good A/C. Easy walk to the beach even if it is hot out. Loved the binder telling you where to go and all the details. The beach chairs in the shed are a very nice touch. I would have liked more clarity on where to park or if it matters to anyone. The app that takes your driver license was clunky and wouldn't let me take a Pic to upload. Instead you have to take and save a pic then upload that...

「The property itself was very clean and newly painted. However, behind the building there is an area that gives access down to the beach area that could have used a lot of work. Definitely a beautiful full place, but would’ve been more appealing if the area behind the building leading down to the beach was cleaned up of debris」

「I stayed at the Ramada in Cocoa, FL, and unfortunately it was a disappointing experience. The room felt worn down, the cleanliness wasn’t up to standard, and several amenities advertised online weren’t actually available. Staff seemed overwhelmed and not very attentive, which made check‑in and questions frustrating. I expected a simple, comfortable stay, but this property fell short in too many areas.」
