「Pleasant staff on arrival. Room adequate and clean.Communal carpets need a hoover.Bar is quite expensive which I suppose you expect within a hotel,Service with a smile might have been nice.If you want to use pool or gym extra charges which is alot extra especially if you had a family.Hotel is open to General public so Carvery was very busy,no parking at busy times like this,which is a bit unfair for residents. Buffet breakfast was a good selection.For the price we paid was perfectly acceptable...

「We were greeted by friendly staff and shown to our room.... We were also shown the fire escape so.we didn't have to walk out suitcases through the hotel. The shower was great, the bed comfy... The cafeterias near the coffee machine downstairs were a great idea as the coffee machine wasn't working. Can recommend and will definitely be booking again if we're in Dorchester」
