"Great staff, pool was a hit and parking was ample"

"This hotel was pretty amazing. We had a pool and a wonderful Buffett breakfast in the morning. The rooms were clean. The fire alarm went off at three am. Someone was apparently smoking in their room. Everyone moved out in an orderly manner onto the street. But there wasn’t any hotel staff around giving us direction or telling us what was going on. "

"We originally had been allocated a disabled access room, but upon request, we were then moved to a beautiful suite for the remaining two nights of our three night stay as there was no other option for all three nights. The suite was lovely - everything was immaculate. Special mention to Alex and Kylie for sorting out the room swap. Comfy king bed, great facilities including a laundry, cooktop, oven and microwave, and a luxurious bathroom. We paid for parking at $20 per night and it was convenient and safe. So many local dining options both within the hotel and outside. We walked to the lake each morning and enjoyed the spacious, green and leafy Talopea Park on the way. Close to everything, and extremely well presented, with a gorgeously spacious foyer."
