I booked the "family room" with 3 single beds. The room was very dirty. The couch had huge stains all over it. The furnishings were very dated and in poor condition. The hallways in the hotel were filthy and the whole place smelled dirty. The staff at the desk was very friendly and kind and refunded me and I found a room elsewhere.

Stay away from here, paid almost 900$ Canadian for 2 night and it was a dump!!! The Continental breakfast is a complete joke, there is no breakfast just some coffee, donuts and other pre wrapped loaded treats like cookies. The box spring was all stained, big cracks in the ceiling, carpet was all stained and dirty, bathroom was size of a closet, and we were afraid to use the bath because it would seem like we would need a tetanus shot after. The pool was ok, water was super cold, the spa was not working, empty and stunk. We would have stayed somewhere else if everything else was not booked, we looked!!! So want a refund of the money because it wasn’t a vacation, we dreaded going back to the hotel.

The desk /reception staff were very nice. Our room on the 2nd floor facing the street was dingy and run down. Here are some examples: toilet doesn’t flush properly, broken chair, cracked tile in bathroom, poor lighting, well- worn carpeting in room and hallways. The continental breakfast was pitiful. Hotel needs serious renovation. I wouldn’t stay there again.

My son and I stayed here for a college visit for the weekend. Yes, the property is older. I love finding the best value for a place to stay. I don’t need perfection. The beds were comfy, there was a mini fridge and microwave, and it was clean. Friendly staff. Everything worked as it should. No issues. Would stay here again.

This place is dirty. No elevators the beds are awful. Then we find out the place is for people who are homeless and party out in the parking lot all night with no security cameras. And if you smoke you have to go outside. As a women I didn't feel safe to do so. Also they charges us a extra 150.00 plus the 222.20. for the room we were killing bugs. There was 3 if staying for 2 days and we got 2 towels and 2 ha ND towels. The place is a dive. Pay the extra and go some where else

As I pulled into the parking lot, there was a dirty hotel towel hanging from a tree branch in front of my car. There were 15-20 subcutaneous needles on the ground in front of my car. When I brought this up to the attention of the counter staff, it was met with a shrugged indifference. Ceilings were stained. Sink was clogged and did not drain properly. Door was painted- but looked like they were running out of pain and did a few more swipes. The 3 stars given at the time of my booking was generous.

The hotel was what I expected for the money. Be aware there are steps to all of the rooms, no elevator. The staff was very nice and the room was clean enough. A little rundown and the curtains needed to be rehung. Overall it was fine

I got a room for the eclipse. It was busy and the hotel and staff were very accommodating. They got me registered early which really helped. Everyone was so nice. The room was nice and clean. It is basic - the hotel is older, but I do not have any complaints.

The place is conveniently situated near a grocery store, and shopping outlines, and also a 7 minute drive from Burlington but is an absolute dump. Red stains all over the carpet. Completely outdated room. All the furniture is chipped, warn, filthy. The wall over the toilet is filthy with handprints. The place has more of the feel of a drug den than a hotel. The first floor had people living in it with signs on the doors that said tomorrow was inspection day and to be ready, so I'm guessing homeless people are being sheltered here as well.

It looks old. I went there 10 years ago ad it is unchanged. The carpet is really old and smells old and last traveller lunch in the room. For the price, it should be better. 437$ for 2 nights.

There was roaches, i stepped on one. I saw like 3 in the bathroom. The tv was broken and had a red line down it. Toilet wouldnt flush unless you held the handle down. The safe in the room didnt work. The lights in the hallway where broke and just taped back together. Overall i mean if youre desperate go for it, but they charge way too much.
