「On this occasion there was an administration error and the hotel rebooked us into a more expensive high end resort hotel to compensate us. This was completely hassle free and was very much appreciated. They carried all the costs. Nice! I have stayed in this hotel previously and it is a good quality, clean, safe hotel which is near by some excellent restaurants in Umhlanga Rocks. They obviously care about customer experience. 」

「Beautiful hotel however when u check in late and have no towels, room not set up properly and hot water doesnt work efficiently it doesnt make for a great stay. However housekeeping and reception did apologise and try to rectify the issues.」

「The property was very clean and staff where good the breakfast was excellent but the coffee needs to be hotter maybe add a little hot milk to the mix The streets are unsafe to venture out at night Overall i give 5 stars for my stay 」

「Our kids loved the different pool options, slides, playground, trampoline, and mini golf. The nature reserve walk right next door offered a great opportunity for a scenic break. The two bedroom and living room was a comfortable option for 5 travelers with great ocean views. The restaurant specials and accommodations to kids particular requests were some of the best meals we had all trip. Great option to stay when traveling through Durban King Shaka International Airport.」

「Disabled room was not very accommodating. Breakfast was average, not many choices. Not safe to walk to beachfront.. Newish hotel ok for short stay.」

「The superior apartment that I was booked into on the 19th floor was really good. The view from the bedroom balcony and the living room balcony was exceptional and was what I was looking for. My sleepless night was unfortunately due to my neighbor, running his TV at loud levels until 11 PM. The living area and TV is situated right behind the partitioning of the bedroom. 「想参加ihg活动才做的选择，参考意义不大，网上预定价格不便宜，当地客人能拿到更便宜的价格，但是当时已经订好就算了。」

「地点在市中心，交通方便，风景不错，附件到处是欧洲式的旧建筑。只是酒店设施比较旧，相当怀旧，不愧是上世纪70年代的著名建筑。」

「房间里有一种无法琢磨的味道，应该是某种化学残留的味道，但具体是醛还是什么别的，不清楚。 附近没有超市，难以购买食物。 虽然离海边不远，但仍然不是很方便，因为走过去的话，有些感觉不安全。 另外，不理解为什么city lodge都没有一次性拖鞋。」
