「We stayed here for 8 days. The hotel staff, restaurant food and spacious lobby, room space, comfortable pillows and beds... were all great. Very close to Oberlin College, great location!!」

「Costa coffee machine」

「Good stay tnx」

「Staff good」

「I would have left a better review but apparently the housekeeper did not do a good enough job of cleaning the room beforehand so that when my friend and I left they charged us for smoking in the room because of some residue on the tv stand left over by a previous tenant. At least, those were the pictures I was sent when I called to inquire about the charge. As a person who neither smokes tobacco nor marijuana I am wholeheartedly disappointed in what was initially a decent stay. I will not be...

「Nice hotel」

「Chewed up candy next to the beds after switched to a second room. The first room had soaked carpets and smelled like mold and mildew. There were hairs all over the sink , and in the bathroom area. Absolutely disgusting. Toilet had urine on it, and I had to clean everything myself. NEVER will be staying at a quality inn.」

「Rooms were clean and the staff was great」

「早餐菜色太差。房間的蓮蓬頭有問題」

「Deluxe room chair uncomfortable and bathroom was very small. No information on WiFi or television channels」
