Alerted to the situation, the staff did not react in any way, shape or form, just ignoring our messages. It shows a profound misunderstanding of hospitality and makes me wonder what else they would not care about ? Except that, the apartment had visible water infiltrations on the walls, the towels smelled when changed (every 3 days) and the walls are paper thin so you get to live with your neighbors....
