「入住的第一印象就很好，櫃檯英文解說速度會刻意放慢讓我們聽懂而不是想草草了事，且有帶我們暸解完整環境設施以及客房位置，停車可停在房間前面(看房型)。周邊環境清幽，風景很好，距離San Gimignano, The Mall和Firenze都不遠。飯店本身有很多TOUR可以預訂，可以先上官網看看有沒有想嘗試的。我們有一晚在飯店用餐，服務生態度很好，餐點美味！沒有缺點，不過要注意入住時間，櫃檯不是24小時的」

「This is a very authentic Tuscany experience. The bed was large and comfortable and so was our entire room, an updated farmhouse type building. Very clean and with all the amenities. The food for breakfast was freshly prepared and excellent. The dining in the evening was absolutely wonderful. This place has a quaint rustic feel. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We loved staying at the Relais so we could drive to wineries and also San Gimignano. Highly recommend!!」

「Conveniently located close to the centre and the parking (if driving). Our room had also a kitchen. Very clean and comfortable. Only cons is that there is no elevator (our room was at second floor). It was not a problem for us but very important for people with walking difficulties. Highly recommended. 」
