「Staff is friendly. Although not knowing much English, they basically tried their best to communicate with me. Room is okay. I only had a short stay there but in general a good hotel. Breakfast choices are limited but good.」

「櫃台服務人員很親切有禮貌，讓人覺得很舒服。 早餐也不錯，尤其當一邊用餐一邊看著窗外飄著雪的時候。 旅館在老安道爾最繁榮的大街上，所以逛街購物用走路就可以完成。 一樓大廳有燒著木頭的壁爐，讓來自沒有下雪地區的我們特別有感覺。」

「Hyvä siisti hotelli ja avulias henkilökunta. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen, oikein hyvä. Miinuksena meille tärkeä pysäköinti... hotellin parkkihalli oli täynnä eli jouduttiin etsimään ulkopuolinen pysäköinti, jossa kyllä respan henkilökunta hienosti opasti meitä. Hotellin sijainti huikean joen lähellä oli hyvä.」

「Nous y avons passé une nuit. Notre chambre donnait sur la route mis aucun bruit. Nous avons entendu du bruit mais surtout de l'intérieur des portes qui claquent. Chambre grande avec une salle de bain spacieuse mais dommage le lit n'était pas aussi grand. Petit déjeuner buffet, très variés en salés et sucrés. Personnel très agréable, serviable et souriant. 」

「Destacar el buen servicio del hotel. Tivimos pension completa y hemos comido de maravilla. Ademas muchísima amabilidad en el trato de todo el prtsonal. Se veía las ganas de agradar y que el cliente quedara totalmente satisfecho 」

「Great little hotel in the middle of Vella. Perfect base for a few days skiing with a hire car. Connected internally to the 4 star Mecure, you have the use of a lovely swimming pool, decent gym and sauna and a really good buffet breakfast. Such good value for money even if the decor is a little dated. Room was comfy and spotlessly clean. Would return 100% if visiting for a few days skiing and needing a good value, comfortable and located base. 」

「The hotel is ok. But Expedia chested us. When we book , it was written including breakfast even the confirmation email. But then hotel said not. Then I contact Expedia. They promise to refund me the price. When we reply them with the invoice excluding breakfast. They replied us they don’t give breakfast. We have to pay ourselves. From beginning to end, they cheated us twice. I gonna use law to claim it . Ideally not for little money but to let them do not cheat others. 」
